Cauliflower is one of several vegetables in the species Brassica oleracea in the genus Brassica, which is in the Brassicaceae (or Mustard) family. It is a white vegetable with short firm’s stems and thick groups of small round flower-like parts, it has green, white, and purple color which can be eaten in different way.
