Cabbage

Green cabbage or “Savoy cabbage” is a winter vegetable and is believed to have its origins in England and Holland. It is a little similar to iceberg lettuce and is considered one of the most beneficial different types of cabbage for health, as it strengthens the immune system and contains many vitamins, especially vitamin C, in addition to fiber, and contains calcium and potassium.
